Stirling Range

I am here in Albany about 500km away from Perth sitting in a cafe waiting for Dawn to finish her two week long prac about 30km south of a tiny little town called Borden. I am really hoping that she will finish before 5pm since her parents will not allow us to drive back after dark and I've spent about 6 days in this area already.

Was here for 3 days last week and a further 3 days this week. Last week, I locked myself out of the car in Williams a town about 160km south of Perth and had to get Dawn's dad and her brother to come rescue us.

On another note altogether, my application for church membership at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church has been tentatively approved, not sure pending any further interviews. It will be a big step for me to finally move on from Wesley. It's was such a difficult decision to make but I believe it is important for my spiritual life.

This last trip back to Singapore has really taught me some harsh lessons and made me realise that Wesley YM is no longer "home". All that remains is memories, everyone's gone, perhaps there is a reason...
